The Sr. Web Content Manager is responsible for the development and delivery of world-class website content to attract core audiences for Learning Without Tears (LWT) brand families to drive revenues.

Job Duties            

  • Lead the development of and manage the overall strategy and vision of LWT's website.
  • Maintain and update web content, images and files aligned to our monthly editorial and marketing calendar.
  • Edit and optimize website components (copy, page title/descriptions, and site architecture) to increase natural search engine rankings and drive strategic goals, build traffic and drive revenues. 
  • Develop and manage digital project requirements and prioritization including creative briefs, documentation, wireframe requirements for new content components, project plans/schedules and meetings.
  • Plan and orchestrate website experiments including site personalization, multivariate and A/B testing.
  • Ensure website content, usability, and appearance are optimal.
  • Create and present regularly scheduled website KPI readouts. 
  • Establish and implement personalization strategies that align with customer and prospect journey maps, lead generation and ecommerce.
  • Recommend and assist in the development of web content.
  • Implement best practices techniques to help optimize the web experience.
  • Analyze conversion results and develop and implement effective conversion strategies and tactics. 
  • Conduct testing of landing pages and paths to optimize campaigns.
  • Deliver highly qualified website leads to the sales group.
  • Research competitor sites and links and draw actionable insights from this information.
  • Work closely with both internal and external development teams to deliver site enhancements aligned to company goals and objectives.

Required Education/Skills      

  • A. or B.S. in Marketing, Web or related field or equivalent work experience.
  • 4+ years' experience in content creation, copy writing, web marketing, search engine optimization, search engine marketing and web analytics.
  • Experience with performing website experiments including site personalization, multivariate and A/B testing.
  • Experience in HTML development and using marketing tools such as Adobe Target, Optimizely and Crazy Egg.
  • An eye for creative and understanding of brand style.
  • Strong data analysis and the ability to synthesize user feedback to help drive content decisions.
  • Demonstrated project management skills including planning, scheduling, meeting deadlines, and working with team members and outside vendors to complete projects on time and within budget.
  • Experience managing large scale websites with complex data integration across multiple systems built for lead generation, engagement and direct revenue.
  • Proven record of ability to increase site traffic and performance/sales results. 
  • Experience with campaign management software and CRM systems, including Drupal, Sitecore or any open source platforms.
  • Experience with online business marketing, campaign management and search engine optimization plus a proven track record of increasing online performance/sales. 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects at once while completing quality work on a timely basis.
  • Ability to work both independently and with a team.
  • Good interpersonal skills in dealing with staff.
  • Ability to excel in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to sit for long periods of time; ability to access, input, and retrieve information from the computer.
